From solicitation to a draft letter of interest
A sample walkthrough on three MoDOT requests: October's Construction & Materials support contract (open until November 18) and two September bridge jobs. It shows how each could become a scoring checklist, a pick of your past projects, a letter draft and a compliance check. The drafts were prepared ahead of time, and nothing runs live. Anything that isn't public is left as a slot for your team, not made up.
